Our Chipa is shaped, frozen raw. Once you get it home. Keep it in the freezer until you are ready to bake it. Bake from frozen. Bake at 425 for 20 min. Or once the top starts to turn a little brown.
Chipa is a Paraguayan bread. This bread is extremely popular all over Paraguay.
The main ingredient being Cheese, Tapioca flour and eggs.
These are delicious alone or eaten with soup.
